The Scottsman 944 was a blade style putter with a welded plumbing neck. The headshape was similar to the 943, but with a pinched toe and heel for a more rounded, stubby look. The 944 had a small pocket in the cavity, 1 to 3 sightlines for alignment and was milled from 1018 carbon steel and had the beautiful gun blue finish. There were approximately 200-500 putters made and some used by notable players on the PGA Tour.
