The end of a year and the coming of a new season gives us all time to reflect. We've received so much interest in Scotty's Custom Shop that it's time to pump the brakes, hunker down and focus on the work at hand. We are currently making improvements to the Custom Shop facilities to expand our capacity and increase our efficiency to get putters back to our loyal customers faster.
On December 16, 2022, we will temporarily stop taking new Custom Shop orders to focus on these efforts. All current putters in-house will continue to be serviced, as well as those orders recently entered online in the Custom Shop application. As always, the quality of our craftsmanship and our commitment to top-notch service are our main priorities.
Again, if your putter is currently at the Custom Shop, we will continue working on it. With the holidays upon us, there may be slight delays. Please rest assured that our commitment to completing your order remains.
