Product Assortment and Availability
Products located in the Studio Store section of this website are the only products available for direct online purchase at this time. Many Scotty Cameron products are limited production and as such we cannot supply you with any limited edition models from past product releases.
Due to high demand, please note that some styles, colors and sizes may sell out within a matter of minutes.

To check the availability of Scotty Cameron Putters and/or Accessories in your area, we suggest contacting an Authorized Titleist Dealer. To locate a dealer near you, please visit our dealer locator by clicking here.

Our goal is to always provide Scotty Cameron merchandise to you as soon as possible. We currently do not accept backorders. In the rare case that an order is accepted for an item that is out of stock, we will make every effort to ship the product to you immediately upon receipt from our supplier or you will receive a full refund if the product is not available.

If you prefer to place your order via telephone or have questions regarding your Studio Store order, please call our Customer Service Center toll free at (800) 214-0213. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding the holidays listed below. Please note: multiple orders cannot be combined.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise, in "like new" condition, within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All putters, handcrafted and limited edition items are final sale and not returnable. 

To return merchandise:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from ScottyCameron.com via email customersupport@scottycameron.com or by phone at (760) 591-9720.
  2. Apply proper postage and mail (no COD's will be accepted) to the following address:
    ScottyCameron.com Returns, ATTN: RA# _____, 7401 Katelyn Court, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92120
  3. Return product. Write the RA number on outside of box and on original packing list. If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, please clearly mark the request on the packing list. We will make every effort to fulfill the request, however we cannot guarantee exchanges.
  4. Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Please use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities, such as UPS, Airborne, or Federal Express and keep a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records.
  5. Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time of the initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. An email confirmation of the credit will be sent to the email address on file once the return is processed.
  6. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable; tax will be automatically calculated and refunded based on the amount of the return.

Methods of Payment
A major credit card is required for all purchases made at the Studio Store. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note, you credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Taxes
Certain sales or other taxes may apply to your purchase. These taxes vary from state to state and will be collected for orders shipped to states where these taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates as well as other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the shipment destination of the order. Please review and confirm the taxes applied to your order in your shopping cart before submission.

Many Scotty Cameron products are limited production and as such we cannot supply you with any limited edition models from past product releases. The Gallery may, at its own discretion and without giving reason, limit quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. The Gallery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to limit or prohibit sales to dealers. Due to high demand, please note that some items may sell out within a matter of minutes.

Club Cameron members receive an exclusive welcome kit filled with items only available to members. In addition, members receive access to the password-protected Club Cameron portal of ScottyCameron.com where we keep you informed about what's happening inside the Putter Studio.
Club Cameron members also have 48-hour first priority to purchase Scotty Cameron-designed apparel, accessories, and other Cameron Creations released to the online Studio Store. Please note that we reserve the right to alter the style of the contents included in the Membership Kit throughout the year as we come up with new and exciting Club Cameron merchandise.
